Egbert Moore (1904 - 1981)
Lord Beginner was a Calypsonian that helped to popularize the Calypso genre around the World in the 1940's and 1950:s. He was based in England after traveling on The Empire Windbrush ship, that relocated West Indians to England to help rebuild after the War.
