Rhythm and Blues, Funk, Soul and Blues Singer/Songwriter, Dancer, DJ and Comic Entertainer, Rufus Thomas, was a mentor to other Artist (Otis Redding and other Stax Records alumni) and helped with the careers of his daughter, Carla Thomas and his other children, Vaneese Thomas and Marvell Thomas.
