Tribute Mondays: King Karl

Bernard Jolivette (Born Dec. 22, 1931 - Dec. 07, 2005)

Swamp Pop Pioneer, Guitarist and R&B Singer/Songwriter, King Karl, was a member of the Musical Kings and also had a lukewarm solo outing. He was a victim of the shady 1950's music industry and eventually left the industry due to illness. He had a small resurgence several years prior to his death in 2005, that gave music fans a taste of what they missed in the past. Thanks for your contribution Mr. Jolivette, you are appreciated. Please take a listen here and have a great Monday: Life problem, This should go on forever (Guitar Gable and the Musical Kings ft. King Karl), Guitar Rhumbo (Guitar Gable and the Musical Kings ft. King Karl)Hard times at my door (Chuck Brown), I'm just a lonely man (King Carl) and Irene (Guitar Gable and the Musical Kings ft. King Karl)
