Henry Grimes (born November 3, 1935)


Jazz Double Bassist, Violinist and Poet, Henry Grimes, is a prolific performer that garnered praise from the Jazz community during the 1950's and 1960's. He disappeared in 1969, and was presumed dead for many years until he was rediscovered in 2002. He has been active since his return with Live Performances, Recording and Teaching.
