James A. Wynn Jr. (June 21, 1908 – July 19, 1977)
Jump Blues Saxophonist, Pianist and Bandleader, Big Jim Wynn, was known for his performance style of dancing, stomping and playing the saxophone while laying on his back. He seemed to have had a hitless career, but made a living from touring and session work for major names (Etta James, T-Bone Walker and others). Thanks for your contribution, Mr. Wynn, you are appreciated. Please take a listen here and have a good Monday: Blow Wynn blow, Put me down blues, Muffle Joe shuffle and Ee bob a liba
