West Coast Jazz Hard Bop Drummer, Larance Marable, worked in the Bop genre during the 1950's with Dexter Gordon, Charlie Parker, etc. The bulk of his best known work was done in the Charlie Hoden Quartet. He died in 2012; please take a listen here and have a great Saturday:  Three fingers North
