Tadley Ewing Peake " Tadd " Dameron (February 21, 1917 – March 8, 1965)


Jazz Composer, Arranger and Pianist, Todd Dameron, worked mostly in Be-Bop, composing for many (Count Bassie, Artie Shaw, Jimmie Lunceford, Dizzy Gillespie, Billy Eckstine, Sarah Vaughan and others). He has influenced Benny Golson and many other Jazz Artists during and after his tenure.
