Frank Windsol Culley (August 17, 1917 – April 15, 1991)

R&B Bandleader and Saxophonist, Frank "Floorshow" Culley, was the first house Band Leader for Atlantic Records from the 1940's onwards. He played on many R&B classics and had a spate of solo hits in 1949, but after a lengthy commercial hit drought and touring he retired in 1975. He died in 1991; thanks for your contribution Mr. Culley, you are appreciated. Please take a listen here and have an exciting Monday: Rhumboogie Jive, After hour session, Waxie Maxie boogie, Floorshow and Cole slaw
