Frederick "Toots" Hibbert (born in May Pen, Clarendon, Jamaica in 1945 – 11 September 2020)

      It is widely disputed whether he was the Founder of Reggae Music or not, and much more, but that aside, Toots is a well known voice around the world, that keeps on representing true Reggae Music.
