A superb Vocal Group that was lucky enough to get a second great vocalist after the sudden death of the first. The Main Ingredient, first known as The Poets and then The Insiders, released songs touching on varied topics and is a constant supporter of real R&B. Have a good Wednesday and please take a listen here: Just don't want to be lonely , You've been my inspiration , I'm so proud , Black seeds keep on growing , Stuck on you (The Poets) , Chapel bells are calling (The Insiders) and Everybody plays the fool
