Zephire Andre Williams (born November 1, 1936)
R&B Musician, Producer and Singer/Songwriter, Andre Williams is listed as one of the earliest Artist to use a Rap/Hip Hop vocal style during the 1950's. He wrote for Stevie Wonder and his songs has been done by Ike and Tina Turner, The Five Du-Tones and others. He also produced Ike Turner and managed Edwin Star.
