Wayne Parkinson (born 1968 – died 29 October 2005)
Jamaican Dancehall Artist, Baby Wayne, scored Steely & Clevie Produced hits in the early 1990's. He was regarded for his conscientious lyrics, warning about the perils of a life of crime.
