Eldridge Freeman (August 11, 1921 – 2006)

Jazz Drummer, Eldridge "Cruz" Freeman, was active in a hotel house Band, Jazz Trios and Quartets mostly in the 1950's. He also did session work during the 1960's. He was the brother of Von Freeman (Tenor Saxophonist) and George Freeman (Guitarist). He died in 2016; please take a listen here and have a relaxing Sunday: Gal with a horn (Clora Bryant) and I'll remember April (Hampton Hayes)
