Tribute Mondays: Ransom Knowling

Ransom Knowling (24 June 1912 – 22 October 1967)

Rhythm and Blues Musician, Ransom Knowling, played Bass on numerous Chicago Blues Recordings (songs by Arthur Crudup, Little Brother Montgomery, T-Bone Walker, Sonny Boy Williamson, Big Bill Bronzy and others) that was made between the 1930's and the 1950's. He also played Violin and Tuba. He died in 1967 at aged 55 years old. Thanks for your contribution Mr. Knowling, you are appreciated.
