London - based British female vocal Group, Brown Sugar, worked for 7 years from 1976 to 1983 scoring hits on the UK charts. After the Band disbanded the members went on to other Groups (Kofi and Soul ll Soul had both Caron Wheeler and Carol Simms as members) and also had successful solo runs.
