Naná Vasconcelos (2 August 1944 – 9 March 2016)

Brazilian     Percussionist, Vocalist and Berimbau Player, Nana Vasconcelos, worked as a Percussionist for many Artists starting in 1967. South African Pianist and Composer, Dollar Brand, worked in South Africa during the 1950's, he then moved to Europe in the 1960's and recorded Albums with Duke Ellington. He continued working into the 1970's in South Africa and then the US.
