Tribute Mondays: Mickey Baker

MacHouston Baker (Oct. 15, 1925 – Nov. 27, 2012)

Mickey Baker is listed among the Guitarist that bridged the Rhythm and Blues and Rock and Roll Genres. After running away from an orphanage, he worked as a a dishwasher, laborer and Pool shark, before entering the music industry  He was also a part of the Duo  Mickey and Sylvia and is listed as one of the Greatest Guitarist of All Time. He moved to France, in his latter, life where he died in 2012. Thanks for your contribution Mr. Baker, you are appreciated.
