Manley Augustus Buchanan (born 19 Apr. 1949, Trenchtown, Kingston , Jamaica)
Jamaican Deejay and Producer, Big Youth, released a huge body of work during the 1970's. After working with numerous Producers, he went on to release self Produced material on his own Imprint. And even did some singing on some singles that fared less successful. He was in the film "Rockers"in the 1970's. His career waned in the 1980's, but he had a resurgence in 1990.
