Former House Band of Channel one studios, The Revolutionaries created the Rockers style that was so hugely used in 1980's Jamaican Music. They did studio work on many Dub Recordings and also as a Backing Band for notable performers. Comedian, Boogie Woogie Blues Pianist and Singer, Pinetop Smith, was a pioneer of the Boogie Woogie genre. His career lasted only 9 years, as he was shot and killed at age 24 years old.
