James Reese Europe (22 February 1881 – 9 May 1919)


James Reese Europe was making Jazz music when it was called Jass, He made history 26 years before most of today's Legends. His techniques as a composer built the texture of Jazz and he can be referred to as the true Architect of the Genre.
