Teddy Buckner (July 16, 1909 in Sherman, Texas – September 22, 1994 in Los Angeles, California)

Dixieland music Jazz Trumpeter and Cornetist, Teddy Buckner, was known for his stints in the Jazz, Dixieland, Jump Blues and Swing Genres. His musical journey spanned from 1924 to 1981 and involved Sideman work with many (Benny Carter, Kid Ory, Sidney Bechet, T-Bone Walker and others), a 16 years run in the Jazz Band at Disneyland's New Orleans' Square and also some Acting in a few films.
