Ann Bridgeforth (born 22 Mar. 1945 – 26 Jan. 2003)
Soul Singer, Little Ann, was a part of the industry for a short time during the 1960's. She worked in Clubs and recorded an Album in 1969, but only one single was released. She left the industry but one of her songs were rediscovered in the early 1980's and became an hit on the Northern Soul scene. In 1990 the master tape of her Album was found and released alongside her other unreleased material. This led to her performing in the UK shortly before her death in 2003. Thanks for your contribution Miss Bridgeforth, you are appreciated. Please take a listen here and have a sweet Monday: Sweep it out the shed, Who are you trying to fool, Going down on a one way street, What should I do and Deep shadows
