Yasus Afari (born John Sinclair , 1962 Saint Elizabeth Parish, Jamaica)

Jamaican Dub Poet, Yasus Afari, began scoring hits as a collaborator with his childhood friend, the late Garnett Silk. He worked as a Repair Technician at the Jamaica Telephone Company while pursuing his early career in the 1980's. He scored hits in the 1990's and remains active on tours.
