Hip Hop and R&B influenced Reggae Group, Worl-A-Girl, began in 1991 and gained recognition for their contribution to the Cool Runnings Movie Soundtrack. They released 2 Albums and then faded. Group member Charmaine left Worl-A-Girl in 1995 and went on to do Gospel Music. There is no information available about their current status. Jamaican Dancehall Reggae Artist, Frankie Paul, was born blind but had his sight partially restored through surgery as a child. He recorded for numerous Producers and released several Albums a year during the 1980's. He is remembered for his much loved Singles and his unique vocals. Emmanuel Rodriguez MBE (17 Oct. 1934 – 4 Sept. 2015)

Cuban born Jamaican Ska and Reggae Trombonist, Rico Rodriguez, was one of the first Ska Musicians. He worked with many Bands and other Artist during his career. He also released his own material from the late 1960's onwards.
