Paul Blake (19 October 1965 – 18 May 2017)
Jamaican Dancehall Reggae Artist, Frankie Paul, was born blind but had his sight partially restored through surgery as a child. He recorded for numerous Producers and released several Albums a year during the 1980's. He is remembered for his much loved Singles and his unique vocals.
