Tribute Mondays: Walter Dickerson

Walter Roland Dickerson (April 16, 1928 – May 15, 2008)

Jazz Vibraphone Player, Walt Dickerson, was a part of the Post-Bop movement. He graduated from the Morgan State University in 1953 and led his own Band, after a tenure in the US Army. He released regarded Albums in the early 1960's and after a break, returned in the 1970's. He died in 2008; thanks for your contribution Mr. Dickerson, you are appreciated.
