Kay Gees

Kay Gees

Funk and Disco Group, the Kay Gees, were the Protégés of Kool and the Gang. They had a tenure that lasted from 1974 to 1978, which featured material that did not fare well on the charts. They gained further recognition when their song was sampled in the 1990's on Dr. Dre's The Chronic Album. Please take a listen here and have a great Wednesday: You've got to keep Bumpin and Who's the Man (with the master plan)
