Kashif Saleem , previously Michael Jones (born December 26, 1959 - Died: September 25, 2016)


Self taught Multi-instrumentalist, Singer, Songwriter, Record Producer, Composer, Author, Director and educator, Kashif, worked tirelessly during the 1980's as a solo Artist and Record Producer after leaving B.T. Express. He is credited with launching the career of Kenny G and produced hits for a long list of Artists (Whitney Houston, Evelyn "Champagne" King, Dionne Warwick, Stacy Lattisaw, Melba Moore, George Benson and others.
