Mildred Joanne Smith (May 16, 1921 – July 19, 2015)


Actress, Singer, Editor and Teacher, Mildred Joane Smith, was a critically acclaimed performer that missed super stardom during her tenure. She was only offered one movie starring Sydney Poitier (No Way Out Movie Playlist). And when her singing career began she was in an airplane crash that broke her back, ribs and burnt her legs. She however continued singing after recovering and also worked as a Teacher and Magazine Editor during the 1960's. She died in 2015; Thanks for your contribution Ms. Smith, you are appreciate.
