Curtis Amy (Oct. 11, 1929 – June 5, 2002)

West Coast Jazz Tenor Saxophonist and Educator, Curtis Amy, worked on Albums such as "Tapestry" by Carol King and Lou Rawls' "Black and Blue" and "Tobacco Road", and had stints in some Jazz Bands. He  also  collaborated with Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, Tammy Terrell and others and released his solo efforts alongside these other projects.
