Jazz Trombonist, Lawrence Brown, was an integral part of Duke Ellington's Orchestra. He began playing the Violin and Tuba before moving on to the Trombone. His career included Session Player work at CBS, work in Bands and also solo efforts. He was regarded for his "creamy tone and range" on the Trombone.
