William Sebastian "Sabby" Lewis (Nov. 1, 1914 – July 9, 1994)
Pianist, Bandleader and Arranger, Sabby Lewis, learnt piano at aged 5 years old and started his own Band some years later in 1936. The 1930's and 1940's saw him dominating the Boston Jazz scene. He suffered injuries in an 1962 automobile accident that affected his latter years of performing. He retired in 1984 and died in 1994.
