Tribute Mondays: Doc Sausage

Lucius Antoine Tyson (7 March 1911 – September 1972)

Singer, Dancer, Drummer and Bandleader, Doc Sausage, led two Groups from 1938 to the 1960's. His performances along with his Bands (His Five Pork Chops and His Mad Lads) contained comedy, Swing Jazz and vocal harmonies. He seemed to have disappeared from the music scene after Regal Records folded; he died in 1972. Thanks for your contribution Mr. Tyson, you are appreciated. Please take a listen here and have a sweet Monday: Sausage rock, Wham (Re-Bop boom-bam), You got me crying, Cuckoo cuckoo chicken rhythm and Rag Mop
