Ernest Harold " Benny " Bailey (13 August 1925 – 14 April 2005)


Songwriter, Record Producer, Bebop and Hard Bop Jazz Trumpeter, Benny Bailey, worked extensively in Big Bands and was a regular sideman to Lionel Hampton, Bull Moose Jackson, Quincy Jones and others. He was also an influence on Cleveland Musicians (Bill Hardman, Albert Ayler and others). Thanks for your contribution Mr. Bailey, you are appreciated.
