Female Rapper, Overweight Pooch, had a short run from 1990 to 1992 and was signed to A&M Records. Singer CeCe Peniston got her start as a featured vocalist on her hit Single and also on other songs from her debut Album (Female Preacher). Her career faded after lukewarm sales and A&M Records decided to drop her from the label.
