Singer and Actress, Miki Howard, is the daughter of Josephine Howard of the Caravans and Clay Graham of the Pilgrim Jubilees. She began her career in the Group,  Side Effect,  in 1979. In 1985 her Solo career took off and garnered many R&B hits. She appeared in the movies Malcolm X (as Billie Holiday) and Poetic Justice.
