Andrew Hill (June 30, 1931 – April 20, 2007)


Jazz Pianist, Bandleader, Educator and Composer, Andrew Hill, was a critically acclaimed Pianist that had success with his 1960's Blue Note Records releases. He went from singing, playing the Accordion and Tap Dancing in talent shows to a reputable Sideman, Composer, Solo Pianist and Educator at numerous Universities (Wesleyan University, University of Michigan, University of Toronto, Portland State University, Harvard University and Bennington College).
