Byron Lee and the Dragonaires
Jamaican Ska, Calypso and Soca Band, Byron Lee and the Dragonaires, were pioneers in bringing Caribbean music to the World. They began their professional career as Backing Band for Harry Belafonte, Chuck Berry, The Drifters, Sam Cooke and Fats Domino whenever they visited Jamaica during the 1950's. They were main figures in the early Ska movement and also appeared in the James Bond film Dr. No. Their career continued on from the 1970's into the 2000's with many popular Albums that consisted mostly of Calypso and Soca singles. Byron Lee died in 2008 and the Band has continued on. Founding member, Carl Brady, received the
