Jazz Greats: Sugar Chile Robinson

Frank Isaac Robinson (born December 28, 1938

Jazz, Blues and Boogie Woogie Pianist and Singer, Sugar Chile Robinson, began is career as a child prodigy. He was self - taught and used techniques that included slapping the Piano keys with his elbows and fists. He worked with Lionel Hampton, Count Basie, Billy Holiday and others from 1945 (at aged 7 years old) into the 1950's. He took a break in 1952 and went on to further his studies.
