Tribute Mondays: Roy Hamilton

Roy Hamilton (April 16, 1929 – July 20, 1969)

Traditional Pop, Show Tunes, Swing, Vocal Jazz, R&B and Soul Singer, Roy Hamilton, scored the first number one hits for Epic Records in the mid 1950's. He influenced Elvis Presley, The Righteous Brothers and others with his distinctive sound. He died of Cerebral Hemorrhage at aged 40 years old in 1969, heavily indebted, after releasing numerous Albums and Singles. Thanks for your contribution Mr. Hamilton, you are appreciated.
