Billy Williams

Wilfred Williams (December 28, 1910 – October 17, 1972)

Singer, Billy Williams, scored a million seller in 1957 after leading the Charioteers from 1930 to 1950 and running his own Band, Billy Williams Quartet for a number of years. His career slowed down in the 1960`s, after complications of Diabetes affected his voice. He died in 1972 from an heart attack. Please take a listen here and have a relaxing Sunday:  (Why did I tell you I was going) Shanghai, Pour me a glass of teardrops and I'm gonna sit right down and write myself a letter
