Rosco N. Gordon III (April 10, 1928 – July 11, 2002)

Blues Pianist, Singer and Songwriter, Rosco Gordon, was a pioneer of the Memphis Blues style. His piano playing style called "The Rosco Rhythm" influenced the Jamaican Pianist, Theophilus Beckford and in turn Reggae music. He left the industry in 1962 and went into the Laundry business. He died in 2002; thanks for your contribution Mr. Gordon, you are appreciated. Please take a listen here and have a nice Monday: Just a little bit and Booted
