Tribute Mondays: Buster Bailey

William C. " Buster" Bailey (July 19, 1902 – April 12, 1967)

Jazz Clarinetist, Buster Bailey, was a Master of the Clarinet and began his career at aged 15 years old in 1917, in W. C. Handy's Orchestra. He continued on in various Jazz Bands and Orchestras and also as a Sideman, sometimes on the Soprano Saxophone during the 1920's. He led his own Band in 1946 and continued his Sideman work up to 1967, the year of his death. Thanks for your contribution Mr. Bailey you are appreciated.
