Hamiet Bluiett (BLUE-et ; September 16, 1940 – October 4, 2018)
Jazz Saxophonist, Clarinetist, Flute Player and Composer, Hamiet Bluiett, was regarded as one of the finest players of the Baritone Saxophone. He Co-founded the World Saxophone Quartet and along with his own efforts, also worked as a Sideman to many (Charles Mingus, Babatunde Olatunge, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye and others).
