South Central LA Rapper, Sylk-E. Fyne, was affiliated with Easy E's Ruthless Records during the early 1990's. She released her debut in 1998, after gaining her College Degree, and scoring a Top-Ten hit single. She had follow up releases, but none fared as well as her Debut.
