New Jack Swing Group, Wreckx-n-Effect, is listed among the New Jack Swing acts even though their hits were Rap songs and the Group consisted of Rappers. They had huge success in 1992 with a hit produced by Teddy Riley, whom also produced the Groups other material. Their run lasted from 1987 to 1996; but there has been some sort of comeback since 2014.
