Morris Holt (August 7, 1937 – February 21, 2013),
Blues Singer and Guitarist, Magic Slim, was initially a Piano Player, but lost his little finger in a Cotton Gin mishap and had to switch to Guitar. He played Bass with Magic Sam, who gave him his nickname. He began his recording career in 1966 and continued with many Albums up to 2013, the year of his death.
